All orders are shipped directly from our main warehouse located in Sherbrooke, Québec. Please see the map below to find out more information regarding the average delivery time based on your location!

For us to assist you best through this you will have to contact us first via Live Chat. We will work with you to figure out what happened to your package. We will then contact the shipping company to figure out a solution as fast as possible!

In this situation, you will have to file a "lost or stolen" package claim directly with the shipping company. As the sender of the package, there is nothing we can do to assist you.

If the Shipping Cut Off Time is not respected, the carrier will be responsible for the delay. Most carriers will not reimburse shipping costs when there is a delay due to weather. You can contact us via Live Chat to figure out a fair solution.

We do not currently officially support international shipping. We can definitly work out a solution with you but please keep in mind that most countries have policies against shipping batteries. Please contact us via Live Chat if we can ship internationally to your country.

If you have any missing items in your order, please double check with the associate who opened the box to make sure no items we're taken out by accident. When that is done, you will have to contact us via Live Chat so we can figure out a quick solution with you.

If you want to receive a Saturday shipment, you MUST select the proper shipping method when processing your order. Unlockr is NOT responsible for reimbursing your shipping costs if you do not follow this procedure.
